Arafrael's Glamour | 9x12 Fine Art Print | Limited Edition
No mortal can truly behold Arafrael's beauty, so she must use a glamour to be seen by humans. But her magic is fading, as have all her kin before her, and her forest is slowly dying. Should she die, the forest will quickly follow. Should the old oak her life force is bound to wither, so shall she. It is the encroaching mortal realm that threatens the existence of her own, and yet, it is in mortals she must place her trust if she wishes some part of her world to survive.
This bittersweet and delicate watercolor painting will bring a little enchantment to any room. But be forewarned, Fae magic has a habit of transforming anything mortal it touches into something a bit more…’otherworldly’.
About the Art
Arafrael's Glamour is one of the oldest pieces in my shop. The original illustration, which currently hangs in my parents' entryway, was a graded project for an illustration class I took while attending art school. The imagery is from by C.J. Cherryh's The Dreaming Tree and the style was inspired by Arthur Rackham, whose fairy tale works are legendary.

About My Fine Art Prints
I print all my fine art prints myself in my studio with a 9 ink giclée quality wide format Epson printer. Each print is individually inspected to assure the highest possible quality, both as an art print and an accurate representation of my original artwork.
Stock will always be low as I only make a few of these prints at a time. Each number is recorded until I reach a total of 25 prints, then a new edition will begin.
Prints consist of an archival matte paper with exceptional detail retention for a museum quality reproduction and lightfast ink for up to 200 years. For longest lasting results, please display this item framed behind glass.
Certificate of Authenticity
These are my own personal reproductions. Each of my fine art prints feature a Certificate of Authenticity or 'Print Plate' adhered to the back with an archival glue. These print plates are hand made themselves, stamped by hand and embossed on an archival parchment tone paper.
The slight variations and imperfections on each Print Plate creates an item that is truly unique and virtually impossible to counterfeit. The title, medium, and specified print number are hand written, and each Print Plate is signed and limited to a total of 25 prints per edition.
