Once upon a time there were three little pigs. Unfortunately, the first two little pigs turned out to be quite lazy and couldn't be bothered to learn that straw and sticks are not durable building materials, especially when confronted by a wolf with a sizable lung capacity. But the third little pig was sharp as a tac. He put himself through a trade school for masonry, became a master at his craft, and always made smart investments with good long term yields.
It would be nearly twenty years before he finally got revenge on the Big Bad Wolf, and he served it boiling hot with a side of braised turnips and baked apples. That's how the story goes, right?
About the Art
This Little Pig's Revenge was one of 6 of my fantasy illustrations to be featured as collectible trading cards in Classic Fairy Tales, a sketch card set released by Perna Studios in 2015.
